COOKING GAS SPIRITS & PRICE INCREASE.

As it has been often thought by a lot of humans that there must be an ancestral spirit hiding in homes that make the cooking gas finish on Sundays, it appears that thinking will be further enforced as the National bureau of statistics has rolled out their findings on an additional increase in the price of cooking gas.

It noted that the price for September was a 0.40 percent increase over what was realized in August in its "Cooking Gas Price Watch" for September 2022, published on Saturday in Abuja. According to them, the price of N4,474.48 per 5 kg of gas in September 2022 represented a rise of 86.62% when compared to the cost of N2,397.60 that was available for the same volume in September 2021.
