CONGRATULATORY MESSAGE TO THE NEWLY ELECTED NBA LAGOS BRANCH EXECUTIVE

I extend my heartfelt congratulations to the newly elected Executive Committee of the Nigerian Bar Association, Lagos Branch, under the remarkable leadership of Mrs Uchenna Ogunedo Akingbade, the first female Chairman of the Premier Bar.

This historic milestone is more than a personal achievement, it is a powerful symbol of progress, diversity, and the strength of inclusive leadership.

I salute the courage, competence, and clarity of vision that brought this team together, and I am inspired by the possibilities your leadership represents for both the Bar and the broader legal community.
