ON HER APPOINTMENT AS SECRETARY OF THE PAN AFRICAN LAWYERS UNION

I extend my heartfelt congratulations to Mrs. Joyce Oduah, FICMC, former General Secretary of the Nigerian Bar Association, on her historic appointment as the Secretary General of the Pan African Lawyers Union (PALU).
