RACE FOR NBA LEADERSHIP TAKES SHAPE AS ECNBA PUBLISHES QUALIFIED CANDIDATES List. 


The Electoral Committee of the Nigerian Bar Association (ECNBA) has officially released the final list of candidates qualified to contest in the forthcoming 2026 NBA General Elections.

The publication of the list marks a significant milestone in the electoral process and formally sets the stage for what is expected to be one of the most closely watched leadership contests in recent Bar history.

Among those cleared for the office of President is Aare Olumuyiwa Akinboro, SAN, Past General Secretary of the Nigerian Bar Association and a respected voice within the legal profession.
